24.06.06 Nina Sten-Knudsen-Monumental Painting
In the summer of 2006, Nina Sten-Knudsen was invited for a solo exhibition at Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz, Germany.
The exhibition entitled –”Monumentalmalerei” (Monumental Painting) – consists of 8 large format paintings each measuring 3 x 5 meters. The paintings are from the period from 1998-2006. Also included in the exhibition are two new paintings Opera (2005) and Balcony (2005), never before exhibited.
